DLL & COM & ActiveX: Dreaded 429 error in PDW

I have a stand alone application written in VB6 that has recently been modified. However, as I attempt to prepare a distribution disk for a friend, I am receiving an error from the PDW. Basically the error says, " Unexpected error 429...ActiveX cannot create object". The application is compiled and an exe resides on my system and functions correctly. An earlier version of the application was distributed; but now I am receiving this 429 error and I can't determine why. The OCX is registered in the Registry and the VB6DEP.ini is present.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
